Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 16, 2026
1. Overview
Auvrenda provides creator-intelligence tools for analyzing short-form social content, resolving public performance metrics, generating recommendations and content ideas, and organizing creator workflows. This policy explains information processed through the Auvrenda website, web application, and Auvrenda Companion browser extension.
2. Information we process
- Account information: email address, account identifier, authentication/session information, subscription status, quota or credit balance, and account settings.
- Videos you choose to analyze: TikTok or Instagram URL, platform, public creator username, public caption or metadata, and public metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, and saves when available.
- Connected-account information: if you explicitly authorize a supported integration, Auvrenda may process the profile, video metadata, scopes, tokens, and performance data required to provide that integration.
- Content you intentionally submit: prompts, ideas, captions, hooks, planner entries, saved items, analyses, and other information you enter into Auvrenda.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser/device information, request metadata, timestamps, error logs, rate-limit information, and abuse-prevention signals.
- Billing information: Stripe processes payment-card details. Auvrenda may receive Stripe customer identifiers, subscription status, product/price identifiers, billing-period dates, and transaction status. Auvrenda does not need your full payment-card number to provide the service.
3. Auvrenda Companion browser extension
The extension has a single creator-intelligence purpose. When you explicitly choose to analyze a supported TikTok or Instagram video, the extension may read the current supported page and transmit the specific video URL, relevant public page content, public metrics, and the minimum account/session information needed to authenticate your Auvrenda account, check your shared analysis allowance, and return the requested report.
Auvrenda Companion is not intended to monitor unrelated browsing activity. Data collected through the extension is used only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or improve the disclosed creator-intelligence features. We do not sell extension data or use it for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
4. Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure
Auvrenda Companion's use and transfer of information obtained through Chrome extension permissions adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We limit collection and use to information necessary for the extension's disclosed single purpose and related security, reliability, and support operations.
5. How we use information
- Provide and operate Auvrenda features requested by you.
- Resolve public creator-performance metrics.
- Calculate Auvrenda Scores and generate recommendations or ideas.
- Authenticate accounts and maintain secure sessions.
- Enforce Free daily limits and Pro Auvrenda Credit balances.
- Manage subscriptions, billing status, and customer support.
- Detect abuse, debug failures, maintain reliability, and protect the service.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Service providers
We use service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate Auvrenda. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by:
- Netlify for hosting, server execution, and operational infrastructure.
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, and account data.
- Stripe for subscriptions, payments, and customer billing management.
- Apify or another metric-resolution provider when a requested public social-video metric cannot be reliably resolved by Auvrenda directly.
- Google Gemini when a feature uses AI model processing.
- TikTok, Instagram/Meta, or another supported platform when you use its pages, links, or an authorized integration.
We may also disclose information where required by law, where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets subject to applicable safeguards.
7. Analysis allowances and credits
Auvrenda stores information needed to enforce product entitlements, such as whether a Free user has used the daily full analysis, the number of Analyze Credits remaining, and the number of Create Credits remaining. These values are used to provide the purchased or free service and to prevent abuse. They are not payment-card data and have no independent cash value.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain account and product data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Infrastructure providers may retain limited operational logs according to their own retention practices.
You may request deletion of your Auvrenda account data or disconnect an optional social integration. Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, billing, disputes, security, or legal compliance.
9. Security
Production Auvrenda traffic uses HTTPS. Sensitive server credentials are kept outside public browser-extension code, and payment-card handling is delegated to Stripe. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.
10. Your choices
- You can choose not to analyze a page with the browser extension.
- You can disconnect optional social integrations.
- You can manage or cancel an eligible paid subscription through Auvrenda billing.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion where required by applicable law.
11. Children
Auvrenda is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. International processing
Auvrenda and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy and data-protection rules can differ between jurisdictions.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as Auvrenda evolves. The effective date above will be updated when revisions are published. If extension data practices materially change, we will provide additional disclosure or consent where required before the changed collection begins.
14. Contact
Privacy and data-deletion requests can be submitted through the support contact made available in the Auvrenda website or application. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the account associated with a request.
