Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Auvrenda website, web application, browser extension, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Auvrenda, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Auvrenda provides creator-intelligence tools that may resolve public social-video metrics, calculate performance scores, generate recommendations and content ideas, track creator workflows, and provide other research or AI-assisted features. Features can change as the product develops.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate account information and must not attempt to access another person's account, manipulate credit balances, bypass daily limits, defeat rate limits, circumvent paid access, or interfere with security controls.

The current Free plan includes one successful full Auvrenda analysis per day, shared across supported Auvrenda surfaces such as the website and browser extension. Merely opening an analyzer or starting an authentication flow does not consume the allowance. A failed full analysis does not consume the daily allowance.

The Free allowance is intended for normal individual use. Auvrenda may use reasonable technical controls to prevent repeated account creation, automation, or other attempts to obtain additional free usage contrary to these Terms.

Auvrenda Pro currently includes 100 Auvrenda Analyze Credits for each applicable subscription billing cycle. A successful standard full analysis costs 1 Analyze Credit. Website and browser-extension analyses use the same shared Analyze balance.

• Auvrenda Analyze Credits and Create Credits are service entitlements, not money or cryptocurrency.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts unless Auvrenda explicitly provides such a feature.
• Subscription credits reset to the included allowance when a new eligible billing cycle begins.
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless Auvrenda explicitly states otherwise.
• A failed standard full analysis does not consume a credit.
• Future features may use a different number of credits, but their cost will be shown before use where applicable.

Auvrenda uses a separate Create Credit allowance for AI creation features. The current Free plan includes 3 successful Create generations per UTC day. Auvrenda Pro currently includes 300 Create Credits for each applicable subscription billing cycle.

• A successful standard Ideas, Hooks, Captions, or Planner generation batch currently costs 1 Create Credit.
• Generate More and More Like This are separate generation batches and currently cost 1 Create Credit when successful.
• A failed AI generation does not consume a Create Credit.
• Create Credits are separate from Auvrenda analysis credits. Using a Create feature does not reduce the Analyze balance.
• Unused Pro Create Credits do not roll over unless Auvrenda explicitly states otherwise.
• Advanced AI Research is currently a Pro feature and is separate from the standard Analyze and Create balances. Reasonable service, provider, rate, or abuse-prevention limits may apply.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices, included features, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions generally renew automatically until canceled. Eligible subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the billing tools provided in Auvrenda.

Canceling stops future renewal according to the billing arrangement but does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period. Mandatory refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected. Paid access may be restricted if a payment fails or a subscription ends.

TikTok, Instagram/Meta, and other platforms can change pages, APIs, metrics, access rules, or availability without notice. Public metrics can be delayed, rounded, incomplete, unavailable, stale, or inconsistent across sources. Auvrenda does not guarantee that every metric or generated conclusion will always be complete or exact.

Scores, recommendations, trends, and generated ideas are analytical outputs, not guarantees of reach, revenue, follower growth, sales, or future performance.

You may not use Auvrenda to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
• bypass authentication, subscription controls, quota controls, credits, rate limits, or security measures;
• send excessive automated requests or abuse third-party providers;
• upload malware or facilitate unauthorized system/account access;
• misrepresent Auvrenda outputs as guaranteed business or platform results;
• use information obtained through Auvrenda for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or profiling.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Auvrenda the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, and transmit that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the requested product functionality. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit the content you provide.

Auvrenda's software, branding, interface, design, scoring systems, documentation, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Auvrenda technology or branding to you.

Auvrenda relies on third-party platforms and service providers for hosting, authentication, billing, AI processing, metric resolution, and social-platform integrations. Their own terms and policies may also apply. Auvrenda is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok or Instagram/Meta unless explicitly stated.

You may stop using Auvrenda at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, serious abuse, legal compliance, or material violation of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Auvrenda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that any third-party integration, metric, generated output, or platform-dependent feature will remain available permanently.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auvrenda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers, opportunities, or business results arising from use of the service. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be published with a revised effective date and any additional notice required by applicable law.
